Woolstore

The Woolstore is the final building to be completed in the Kingsborough Village precinct, but in a way it’s the most extraordinary. With its turret tops, recycled brick arches, and metal and glass facades, it looks as though it’s been restored and repurposed – industrial meets luxury today.

While the traditional brick harks back to yesteryear, DNA Architects designed the Woolstore’s interior to speak to modern lifestyles. The space offers 60 apartments, each with a thoughtful floorplan. An open central atrium lets light and air flow into the heart of the building, where bamboo contrasts with exposed steel beams. On the rooftop, shared terraces take in the sweeping views and sunsets, with citrus trees, rooftop BBQ and outdoor dining spaces for every essential al fresco moment.
